Looking for some opinions on this vlog.
Liking it so far. The only bad part about feminist blogs is that it seems like they blow a lot of things out of proportion. Take the Christmas songs. I’ll agree that most of the ones on her list are pretty terrible (not just in that we’ve all heard it 50billion times). However, the first one, All I Want for Christmas is You, seems pretty harmless. Considering the fact that love songs are a penny a dozen, and males dominate many of those, it’s just a Christmas-based love song, IMHO. That being said, yes, I am enjoying this vlog.

I think I’m coming down with something, too. Can’t tell if that’s because my family keeps getting sick or the hour and a half I spent in a cold building, soaked to the bone.
But my mother was there for me. And I missed being her child.

The bad part is, I’m so exhausted from trying to catch a bug in my room this morning that I cannot focus. (Taken with Instagram at Harris County Public Library - Kingwood Branch)

Wallflower,
I haven’t forgotten you. It’s incredibly difficult to maintain affiliations when so far away. I miss you a lot. And even though we don’t really like phone calls, I think we should have one. There’s a lot going on in my life, it seems, but it’s nothing at all, as well. How can I be so busy with one thing? I feel like I left you out of a lot because of something new. And I regret that. I am easily wrapped up in things.
To Being Infinite,
AF
